Who We Are

Founded in the 1980's by ex-offender Frank Costantino, COPE exists for the purpose of providing fellowship, promoting excellence, encouraging unity and sharing resources with those called to criminal justice ministry.

Our Vision

We desire to help grow the various ministries that are COPE members. Our members cover all aspects of criminal justice ministry and our philosophy is for the strong to help the weak. We want to share and build up our members; provide speakers as necessary; offer conferences and training and provide forums for members to exercise their gifts.

Types Of Activity

Conferences, Training, International trips, Consulting services, Credit card services for members, Establishing ministry in other countries.

Our members serve throughout the USA and in many countries.
