Who We Are

The Hepatitis C/HIV Midwest Outreach operates under the umbrella of the Sola 5 Outreach, a nonprofit christian health service, with services throughout the twelve midwest United States, providing education, testing and referrals for hep C, HIV and STDS at no cost to the reentry person their families, or the community at large.

Our Vision

Since 2004, our missional focus has been to educate and increase awareness of the impact viral hepatitis and liver disease has had and continues to have in America, and more specifically, in the underserved communities that make up the midwestern United States.

Free Hepatitis C, HIV and STD testing
Free HAV and HBV immunizations
Collaborations and partnerships
Hep C/HIV Certification Program - A one-day training on:

The A, B, C's hepatitis C and HIV; STDS
Outreach testing vs. laboratory testing

How to build your resource network.
