Who We Are

Henri Nouwen Archives is located in the University of Toronto. We endeavor to promote the teachings and books of Henri Nouwen, acclaimed modern day spiritualist. Henri was a priest and academic who was very much a pastor and as such very much affiliated with chaplaincy.

Our Vision

Our vision is to promote this upcoming Conference to honour Henri Nouwen on the 10th anniversary of his death. This event is co-sponsored by the College porograms of St. Michael's College in the University of Toronto, Regis College and the Henri Nouwen Societies of Canada, the United States and the Netherlands.

Types Of Activity

We will be hosting a Conference, May 18th - 20th, 2006 at the University of Toronto, that will bring together scholars, students, ministers and spiritual seekers to explore themes and ideas that preoccupied Nouwen in his lifetime and which have particular relevance in today's context.
