Who We Are

New Beginning Outreach Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable organization located in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. The ministry was incorporated in 1991, although the founders, C. Lewis and Patricia McNeil have been actively involved in Christian ministry since the late 1960's.

Our Vision

New Beginning Outreach Ministries, Inc. Mission Statement states that we desire to positively impact other people's lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by following His example to minister to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of mankind.

Types Of Activity

Weekly fellowship services; an 800# prayer line; an on-going counseling outreach program a weekly jail outreach; a prison pen-pal ministry and programs to ex-offenders and their families; an internet ministry; transitional living assistance; good clothing; temporary shelter; liaisons for medical assistance resources in our area; liaisons for legal assistance resources in our area; short-term humanitarian projects that give aid to other service-focused organizations.

Location

We hold a weekly service at the St. Helena Parish Jail, and are also involved with a 2 year Biblical Training Program in the Woman's State Prison, as well as maintaining a pen-pal program in several other institutions.

Our magazine (newsletter)

We print a quarterly newsletter for our supporters and friends of the ministry.

Books we have published

We have published a lot of Biblical Studies and handout sheets through the years. We freely distribute these as needed or asked for.

Support In

We would appreciate your standing with us in prayer. We need Bibles and any other solid Christian literature to share. And then, we can always use more funding too!
