Who We Are

We are a group of Born Again Christians coming from different Churches who are committed to spreading the gospel of Christ through prison visitations. NUBAPM has formed fellowship groups within several prisons in Northern Uganda and these have been a conduit for support to the inmates in form of psychosocial support, prayer and counseling, meeting some material needs like provision of food items, medical support and sanitary items amongst others.

Our Vision

Our vision is to spread the gospel to the inmates, provide them with all the spiritual and material support we can avail and to follow them up even when they are released so that their faith will be built on the foundation of Christ. We envision a world in which inmates and ex-inmates will be a force for spiritual renewal in homes , communities, countries and the world in general.

Types Of Activity

Prison Visits in which there are counseling sessions, Prayer, Preaching and teaching sessions.
There are also special occasions when material support is distributed to family members of the inmates, especially Wives or Husbands and children by way of food items and support for school dues and requirements.

Location

Adjumani, Amuru, Arua, Amolatar, Apac, Dokolo, Pader, Moyo, Koboko, Moroto, Nebbi, Kitgum, Lira, Oyam, and Yumbe.

Support In

Please pray for us to acquire office and administrative equipment like computers,a photocopier and a printer. Means of transport to the distant prisons, medical equipment and supplies, Bibles and Bible study materials like tracts and guides, sanitary items, stationary, funds to cater for school fees and tuition children of the inmates and funds to cater for our administrative costs.
