Who We Are

Over the last several years while my children were small, I've participated in the annual prison ministry Christmas programs. Now I am ministering at the state prison weekly, helping with Catholic mass and ministry work. I am trying to learn all I can about ministering to inmates and their spiritual needs.

Our Vision

I would like to see more volunteers at our church and diocese join in our efforts to minister to the Prisoners, and I would like to see the program expand and offer more diversity in what we have to offer the prisoners.

Types Of Activity

Catholic mass, Scripture readings program, Christmas program. Hopefully a bible study will be implemented soon.

Location

Coastal State Prison in Garden City, GA, but have clearance at any prison in the state of GA, USA, which I would be willing to minister to if the need arises.

Support In

More volunteers! More direction, more cooperation from the staff for our health and well-being, specifically as it pertains to tuberculosis, medical care for the inmates, and tightening up overall.
