Who We Are

Founded in 1983 and incorporated as a non profit organizationin the state of Oklahoma. Working prisons and jails in Oklahoma and surrounding states to reach teach and build disciples in the christian faith. P.D. is non denominational.

Our Vision

We are expanding our work to a national outreach through the net by enlisting volunteers to be trained as volunteer chaplains to reach the prisoners in their area. Our goal is to enlist 1,000 men and women for this important work.

Types Of Activity

Prison and jail visition and outreach with regular training and counseling sessions. Also we work with prisoner families in physical needs and counseling.

Location

Prisons and county jails all over Oklahoma with focus on jails and prisons in eastern Oklahoma. We also do some special outreaches in Arkansas and Kansas.

We have 7 chaplains working daily for long hours with no state support or large group involvement the whole ministry ran on just a little over 98,000 dollars last year. We can use and help possible!
