Who We Are

Rescatando means "rescuing" in Spanish. The overall vision of Rescatando is to "rescue" those who become involved in the ministry. The overall vision is to win the lost and disciple them regardless of their race, color, denomination or location. The vision of Rescatando Missions is widespread, starting with group therapy in the Prisons of Latin America, to preventative "ministry" in the way of Christian Schools. Rescatando primarily aimed at the Hispanic population, never the less, is being translated into English to meet the needs of those interested in the U.S. At the present time, in the year 2000, the prison ministry exist in Costa Rica and Barranquilla Colombia. There is only one Christian School at the time which is located in Barranquilla Colombia. Since group therapy is so affective it has been used in and among some of the churches in California.

About Our Prison Ministry

The Christian School has an "sponsorship program" the allows not only the children but teachers as well, to stay in school. The school is located in a very poor area of Barranquilla called Palermo. Many of these children don't even have birth ce

2. Should you be interested in sponsoring a child or a teacher in the Christian School, you may do so by contacting the home office. The cost for either is $150.00 a year.
3. Missionaries: long or short term in either the U.S., Costa Rica or Colombia.
4. Financial partners to help with the general expenses of operating the ministry.
